The Ministry Leadership Institute (MLI) is a distinctive program unique to Keswick that bridges faith, leadership, and the real world. MLI students have met with notable figures such as the President of the Tampa Bay Rays organization. It’s designed to help students develop Christian leadership skills they can apply in business, ministry, and community life — a program you won’t find at most private schools in the Tampa Bay area.
